I'd be honored to have you use my pictures on your website I wouldn't be moving unless I had your sprockets Thanks

I just wanted to say thanks again for the excellent service!
I called late in the day Wednesday just as you were closing up, I'd meant to call during the day but had a busier day than normal, so it was 5:30 by the time I remembered.
I really didn't expect anyone to answer the phone, but you did and answered my questions patiently. Then you called me back with a better alternative to my problem after I'd pretty well given up.
Friday around noon I got a new sprocket!
Can't beat that kind of service, and it deserves recognition.
Well once again Rebel Gears to the rescue for my FXR Harley!
The woman who I talked to on the phone was very nice (As Always!)
She put me in touch with one of their techs and after only a short time he had everything figured out so that I could run a flat sprocket on my FXR and the sprocket is the absolute best I have ever had. Absolutely No Radial Run out!!! No chain Tight Spots!!! And the bike is smoother than it has ever been! Thanks once again for a high quality American Made product!

I'm sorry if I'm a bother, but I just got my 36T XtraLite motorized-bike sprocket in the mail today, and I had to immediately send this e-mail telling you that I absolutely LOVE this brilliantly machined piece that I've just received from you! I had a bad experience with the other guys that cost me $60 over a simple laps in communication, and to not only get the right piece and great service from Rebel Gears, but have it look just absolutely stunning ...I'm going to tell the world, but first I need to give a big THANK YOU!!! to the great craftsman and service members of Rebel Gears.
Sincerely Satisfied Customer,

Thanks again, The sprockets rock!!!, I have beat on these things for over half a year. NOT A SINGLE SIGN OF WEAR!! I cannot believe aluminum can take this beating with no wear. Truly amazing!!! 113 hp and 106lb Torque. launching at 6200 rpm and shifting at 6200, crossing the 1/4 mile at 7100rpm!!! On a 750lb Harley!!
FYI... Saturday Aug 3,2013 I took the Harley to the finals!!!, runner-ed up, with your Sprockets!! Go to Atlanta Dragway.com, search for 8/3/2013 results, and read the proof! Also that final propelled me to 5th in points. With only 4 races left this year.
Your product is the best. I have competition running competitors sprockets and chewing them up like cereal!!! pure junk!!
I have told them to contact you for the solution, but hey I cant make em!!
I'm so proud of your products!!
(Also go to You Tube and type in my name (Tim Houghland) I have a channel so watch for yourself what really helps this Harley fly!!)
(Its not a Busa, this I know, But in the Harley world, she's quick)
Thank you again for supporting me, I couldnt have gone as far without you!!
God bless!! Tim Houghland
Hi Sandy, I got my sprockets, you did nice work and quickly too. I’ll recommend Rebel highly. The bike they are going on gets a lot of attention. It is in the centerfold of this month’s issue of Barnett’s Bike Craft. It will be in Bike Exif 2014 calendar. It will be shown at Barber Vintage festival in Alabama this October. Countless websites have profiled the bike. I only use the best parts and your sprockets measure up nicely. Here is a photo of the bike.

Rceived my custom 46 tooth sprocket yesterday. WHAT A NICE PIECE!!! Thanks for working with me and delivering it when promised! This was a sprocket from a custom bike built in the mid 70’s I thought finding one for it was going to be tough but thanks to the article in “The Horse Back Street Choppers” magazine I learned about Rebel Gears. Now I know where all my sprockets will come from! Working on a custom FXR now and when I get ready to order the offset sprocket for it I will be contacting you.
THANKS again for a quality custom Made in USA product!
Noahbear took 2nd on the small track, and he took 1st on the big track. ( he
was the only one racing in the 4-6 yr old class :P) And Kaleb took 5th on
the small track. Thanks for the awesome gears!!!

Rebel Gears would like to personally Thank Sargent David M Kucharik for your service to our Country!
If you go to you tube
Type in "Friday night drags at Atlanta motor speedway 5-10-13" and (ignore the music I didn't record this) at the minute marker at the bottom, scroll to 8:00 minutes (total video time is 10:35 minutes) you will see the side view of one of the most wildest rides on a Harley I've ever took. Take a few views of it, look at the guy on the blue bike look over at me like WHAT??? That is (was the track champ 2yrs straight) until just then, undefeated!!
Your gears helped break that reign!!! (That's in the cruzer class)
Sandy, the vid of me is a bit shakey. My wife told me to NEVER do that again!! Haha I had control (God did) its so quick and read my comments at the bottom. I'm dogging that dude cause he ran his mouth and got it stuffed!!
Anyway thank you again for an amazing product and I'm so proud to be sponsored by you guys and I'm glad I got you my first win this year!! (Did that make sense?)
God bless!! Tim
After Davids New Red Sprocket Sweet!
I will send you a new picture when I get the red sprocket on, David Haroo
Thanks so much, this sprocket is awesome. I was thinking it would be mild steel not alloy aluminum. I am tuning my bike right now, and swamp out wheels for alloys, and may have to gear it a bit yet. i will certainly order again!

I just wanted to give you guys a shout and say thanks for the quick service, you can't beat one day delivery. Both sprockets and the chain worked wonderfully. You have a loyal customer. Thanks

Doug, you are awsome! I have attached pics of the sprocket and hub adapter installed on the wheel, thanks for all your hard work.

Nov 7, 2011 Hey Doug - We just wanted to give you a heads up on some 4 & 5 year old sprockets that you helped the Gray Ghost Project out with. After a 4 year effort to regain the AMA Land Speed Record for his class 1350 M/PP at the Bonneville salt flats, the work paid off with a second Land Speed record of 147.797. That's with a 1974 Ironhead Sportster with OEM carburetion. Many, many thanks for the quality sprockets you sent us. They have lasted 4 seasons of drag strip testing and 4 years/20 days of racing on the salt flats so far, and are still looking good enough to run another couple of years. Here is a short you-tube video of the record runs. Enjoy, and thanks again for the quality sprockets that have been now proven to have excellent longevity.

I received the ft & rear sprocket set for our CR85 motor & custom rear set up as well as the chain and just wanted to say I am happy to just place it on & adjust. Actually the 120 links was spot on. Quality is very nice & most of all, glad to see some quality stuff made here in the USA. I am sick of the foreign garbage infiltrating this country like sprockets & tools etc. We’ll be talking over the winter to get some more gear sets from you, once I can at least get this completed motor conversion project completed. Much thanks.

Thank you so much for the sprocket that you made for my sons 2003 kfx 50. As you know this quad is a two stroke so it does not have the bottom end torque of a 4 stroke. With the gear selection that you helped me to determine, this little quad now has the bottom end torque that it needed. The fit was also amazing, thanks again and with a 4 and 6 year old I will be contacting you guys alot in the near future. Tim Hamilton
The overlay sprocket I received from you looks great. I Think it is going to increase the ratio to about what I wanted.
I did change the hardware that you sent me. I decided to use high strength 1/2 X 20 NF bolts with a solid shoulder that will rest against the inside diameter of the two sprockets. I believe this will give a good bearing surface where the stress is. Also, I ground down both the head of the bolt and the nut to allow more clearance. On final assemble, I will use Threadlock to insure the unit will not come apart. You can check out the photos attached.
Thanks again for the help,
I just got my custom aluminum rear sprocket for my electric motorcycle. It is beautiful! Thank-you very much! I'll recommend as many people as I can for you. Again, thank-you!
Hi Sandy ,
Could you please let Doug know that the 38T rear 520 sprocket he made for my CB550 race bike is absolutely perfect ( he called me with some questions about it last week or so )
I think this is the 4th or 5th sprocket you've made for me and once again you guys come through with flying colours !!!
you guys rock and are a pleasure to deal with.
this is the bike he's made 3 sprockets for now
Scott MacKenzie CB
Surprise! I expected to get the sprocket I ordered from you in two weeks, and instead recieved it Saturday, which was less than a week after I talked to you about it. I installed it on the bike this morning and took it for a test ride. Not only does it look great, it fit perfectly, and is just the gearing I wanted.
So, I thank you for the very efficient service, and the fine product. I am a very happy customer, ma'am!
I thought you might enjoy reading a story about the bike I put your sprocket on. You also might like the Nevada desert pictures.
Thanks so much, Sandy, and Rebel Gears.

Attached please find a letter of recommendation from me re: the sprocket I recently bought.
I am the secretary of the Northern California branch of the Norton Owners Club UK and have been involved with the Northern California Norton Owners Club for 15 years, being an officer for 10. I will not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone who might be looking to get a custom sprocket made. Thank for the excellent service!
I installed the 45 tooth #428 sprocket on my Greeves Ranger today and I cannot be any happier. The sprocket was an exact fit and went on perfect! The workmanship was way beyond what I expected.
I want to thank you for making this for me and I will not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone who might need a custom sprocket made.

I'm sending you pictures of my 71' Champion Frame Flat Track Bike with your sprocket on it, plus pictures of the old sprocket that was made at CT Alloys. The sprocket fit perfect, thank you for cutting the backside of the sprocket to my measurements. You may also notice I polished the sprocket. The picture of the whole bike is before I changed the sprocket and chain.
Sandy, Well success creates more work. This past Sep and Oct I set and then bumped my record at the Maxton Mile for APS-F 250-4 (translates to roadracer using fuel and a 250cc 4 stroke engine). But now I need more sprocket choices as I refine things further. So can you make me a 29 and 31 tooth sprocket with the same pattern as below for the 520 chain as usual? Can I get them within 1 month? Thanks again for your custom help with this project bike.
Thanks Doug and Sandy for your continuous racing support. I would like to personally say thanks for you taking care of us each time we have had to place an order with Rebel. The staff is very professional, courteous and a pleasure to speak with. I look forward to another 2009 successful year of racing.

Doug and the folks at Rebel Gears: The sprockets arrived and they're exactly what I wanted. I just happened to have the sprocket hub I'm going to use lying in the house fresh from the bead blaster to do a trial fitting--perfect!!
Thank you very much for your help and excellent products. If you ever need a reference please don't hesitate to have them contact me.
I know you have seen many pics of Hart racing, but I shot this yesterday at practice and thought it was pretty cool and you might enjoy.
Rebel Gears Thanks for the friendly service. Doug, you were very helpful and I appreciate it. Also the woman who answers the phone is one of the most pleasant people I've ever talked to. (of coarse I'm from -------- ) I'm used to talking to fast paced, nasty people. Again, Thanks Al Toal
I wanted to say thanks for working with us on the sprocket guard for the Cobra and getting the rest of our stuff to us. I have attached a few of pictures of it installed. I overlooked two items about the design of it which were an easy fix.One is the center hole needed to be beveled on the sprocket hub side, the ears are rounded on that side instead of being squared off like it is where the sprocket bolts to(I tried to show the shape of the hub in one picture). The other is with the Cobras you must insert a round punch or screw driver through the holes in the sprocket to access a hole in the side of the bearing carrier so the chain can be tightened. I was able to drill 4 holes to line that up. If you would like I can spread the word and let all the Cobra guys know that you can make these, let me know either way. If there is anything you need just let me know.If you have any 12" or 14" decals we would be glad to put a couple on our trailer, totally up to you.
Thanks again,Len and Matthew

Doug and Sandy... Thanks for the fast service out west and a great sprocket. It fits perfectly.. I can see you have carried on the tradition started by Chuck with outstanding CT Alloy quality. I'll let you know how it holds up in the desert and Baja.
Also, I'll be passing out cards to everyone including the Orange County Duallies, The Orange County Motorcycle Club And the Conejo Trail Riders Club. They are a bunch of Dual Sport riders and desert racers here in Orange County. I'll also give some to Beach Yamaha, Mission Motorsports and Champion Motorcycles. They are local dealers that do a lot of service work.
If you like, I can get you the addresses and parts mgr's names to mail them a catalog and prices sheet.
Wish we were a little closer so I could stop by and thank you both personally. Keep up the good work

HERS OUR PICS OF COLETON RACING #550 THIS YEAR HE IS SO GREAT AT IT . WE WANT TO THANK YOU FOR A SPONCERSHIP THAT WILL HELP OUT ALOT. THANKS
Hey Sandy & Doug
Just wanted to say thanks for the great job on the sprockets you sent a few months back. We wound up using a 22 tooth on the trans and the 40 tooth you made for us on the rear wheel. That combination was good enough for us to turn a 121 & 125.589 mph to beat the record in our class - M/PP - 1350. We hope to experiment with a 21 on the trans and the 36 tooth you made on the tear wheel, shortly. Can you see your Rebel Gears decal to the right of the THYNK decal on rear of trailer ?
For now though, thanks for helping and being part of a new AMA Land Speed Record.

Well I was at a local shop in Cookeville today and the salesman said I just ordered some sprockets from Rebel Gears. I replied they are great guys up there. He said did you know you was on their home page, I replied no. He showed me the pic. I was so proud.
The sprocket you guys made me well I love it. I had a bit of caution about it being aluminum but have put a lot and I mean a lot of miles on the sprocket. I ride my bike like I stole it too. The sprocket has not even showed a bit of wear. I really appreciate the custom made sprocket you made me. The service I experienced with your company was great and as for the salesmanship (no pun intended for the lady of the business) you couldn't have ask for any better it was great. The next sprocket I get will be got from you guys at Rebel Gears.
Hi Doug and Sandy, Talk about grinning like a little kid at christmas... Thats what it felt like to open my package from Rebel Gears. What a beautiful looking work you folks do. I just did a trial fit on the rim I have and everything lines up perfect. I am enclosing some pictures of the "Grey Ghost so you can see what these sprockets are going on. I do appreciate your willing to help sponcor the Grey Ghost and hopefully we'll make you proud that you did. Jim Fischer
Thank you so much for helping with our last request for Vintage Zundapp 125 custom made sprockets. You saved the day for us and as always were cheerfull on the phone.
It was a Joy and pleasure to do business with you and Rebel Gears

Hi Doug & Sandy,
I have been using your gears for the past few years and love'em. I have been competing in the AHDRA drag series, and I am in need of a sprocket. I am looking for a 62 tooth, 530 chain for a buell tri-spoke. Doug has helped me in the past when I first converted my V-rod over to chain drive, and I appreciated all his help. I will be competeing at our season final in Las Vegas Nov 11 & 12. I am currently leading the points in S&S Cycle Super Sport Class, and need and extra 1/2 of tenth to run the 10.30 number.
Please let me know if you have one available
Hi, my name is Catherine Griggs and I just recently made a purchase from your company. First, I would like to say that the customer service my husband and I experienced was phenomenal. Sandy is the most knowledgeable person we've ever had the pleasure to deal with when searching for any motorcycle part. We have seven Harley Davidsons so we buy parts regularly and we were pleasantly surprised with how helpful she was. And she was cordial. You have no idea how rare that is to us. I just want to let you know that we appreciate it.
Thanks again for the great service,
Just a short note to say thanks, I received my sprockets today ( timely fashion I might add ), and wanted to tell you that they are, without a doubt, a higher quality product than I've been used to seeing. It's nice to deal with people who care as much about their craft as I do. I look forward to dealing with you again soon.
Thanks Rebel Gears for your rider support. I race my 2005 Honda 300 EX on the entire WORCS venue. I happy to say that our Rebel Gears have never let us down. Our races are an hour long combination of motocross and cross country. Rebel Gears can take a beating!!!
Comments: The application was for a 1974 Honda XL350. The rear original rear sprocket was 45 tooth. I asked Sandy and crew to made a 42 tooth sprocket. 4 days later I received a piece of artwork - way to beautiful to wrap a motorcycle chain around - but I did. Talk about perfection in engineering, design and manufacturing. this is it, without question. The gearing range of the motorbike is just where I wanted. Sandy and family are the best, repeat, the best, at what they do (and at a real good price).
Thank you for taking such good care of us. we appreciate it alot.Your products hold up better than SS by 20 times or more. I ran a 45t 630 specialist sprocket and after 6 passes it was missing 7 teeth and rolled over like a chain 30,000 miles. Using the same 630 shb chain adding 2 links installed your 48t, 630 sprocket, bike made over 60 passes up hill, sprocket is only showing wear and could easily make another 10 passes.I had to change gearing for a new tire and tried another SS sprocket 3 passes later it had teeth missing. Changed tires again and installed a 44t rebel sprocket, 11 passes sprocket is going strong very little wear. All this was done with the same chain and counter sprocket so no one can blame the chain for eating the SS sprocket.
Old hill Glamis ca 106.1mph old record 86mph
Sandmountain Nevada 118.6 old 97 mph
Sandmountain Utah 104mph old 90mph
Dumont Comp2 112 mph old record 93
All these records are without nitrous, we have some faster runs on nitrous but these were backed up within 1% more than once.
So the moral to this story, Doug, Sandy thank you both for reducing the cost of running the worlds fastest ATV hillshooter.
Hello Rebel Gears!
I just wanted to let you folks know how pleased I am with the change your custom sprocket made in the overall performance of my Honda rebel 250. You produce a quality product at a reasonable price! (Almost unheard of in today's world.) I'll be ordering a 15 tooth C.S. sprocket from you very soon!
We have run your gears since Kyle has started racing 2 years and you have provided every gear we have used and we had nothing but success with them.
