We use machinery that was specifically built to make GEARS, this will ensure maximum life and performance for both drive chain and sprockets.
REBEL GEARS MAKES SPROCKETS THE RIGHT WAY BY HOBBING. THE TOOTH PROFILE IS GENERATED BY THE CUTTING ACTION OF THE HOBB, WHICH CANNOT BE ACHIEVED BY ANY OTHER MACHINE PROCESS.
